It is a rare thing to find customer service that fits into your own personal top-echelon. There are only a few that do…Nuqnet absolutely fits in my own personal top echelon. To say that they go beyond expectations is doing them a disservice. They are personal in a digital, IT world where personal is difficult to find. Beyond that the people are absolutely top shelf.
There have been numerous times when I experienced internet service shut downs at work. I work near my house but we have a different provider there... In spite of storms and other events that seem to take down other providers, Nuqnet offers us uninterrupted service at home. I am proud to do business with a local firm that beats the corporate goliaths in every way.
